With school back in session and September peering around the corner, many people start looking around their home with the stark realization that the Holidays will soon be upon us. Whether you love hosting or loathe the impending company, preparing in advance can certainly help entertaining to go more smoothly.
If you find that the Guest Rooms need an update or the Dining Room seating is looking shabby (not in a chic way), keep “in mind” that many furniture manufacturers have a cut-off date for guaranteed completion. For Thanksgiving delivery, most orders need to be placed by September 13th. For delivery before Christmas, October 11th is typically the latest date to order. Since most custom furniture manufacturers close the week of Christmas and many stay closed into mid-January, planning to receive an order for New Year’s festivities should abide by the Christmas deadline.

If you find yourself in need of design guidance as the seasons change and before your Holiday guests arrive, I would love to talk with you!
